今天工作有一个peer review， 我得到好多的问题。a lot of questions about my models, and variables. let me feel the models I built were problematic. I feel bad about this. I think one of the reasons is because I dont think much on the work I am working. I basically just follow what I was told to.
SO from now on, there are some rules I will follow.
1. Think, Think, Think. Every week I need time to think what to do, ask 5 why about my model results, and questions everything.. Think deeply.
2. For all the things I do. Take the ownership. Either do it well and own it. Or don't do it.
3. When do things, take the initiative, be proactive, take the lead, take the risk and responsibility.
4. Before doing things, Write down a plan and the goal first.
5. when decide to start a thing, finish it before jump to other things!!
